Let the summer adventures begin with the Girl Guides Victoria School Holiday Programs!

Our summer holiday programs are the fun, activity-focused way to keep your girls aged 10 – 14 years entertained and active over the summer.

With three different adventure programs in three different locations, there is an adventure to suit everyone. Each program offers something different, but all offer equal amounts of excitement and education, ensuring that girls have an amazing summer school holiday and also valuable skills and memories that last a lifetime.

All girls aged 10-14 are welcome to join the fun — these programs are open to Guiding families and non-Guiding families alike, participants do not need to be an existing member of Girl Guides Victoria!

Single day and full-week bookings are now open – choose the days that suit, or book in for a full week of adventures! Split payment options are available for bookings made before 20 December 2023.

Nature Adventures, 15-19 January 2024, Mittagong Guide Campsite, Lara

School holidays are for unplugging, unwinding and adventuring in the great outdoors. At Nature Adventures, girls get to do all three! From hands-on bushcraft activities to an exciting adventure excursion, this holiday program nurtures collaboration and connection with our natural environment. The daily program will be delivered from 9am-5pm, with supervision provided from 8am – 6pm.

STEM Adventures, 15-19 January, Pascoe Vale Guide Hall, Pascoe Vale

Unlock the wonders of science and technology, one awesome day at a time! Girls will code robots, observe and learn about animals through the lens of STEM, and observe gravity with an excursion to Gravity Worx. The daily program will be delivered from 9am-5pm, with supervision provided from 8am – 6pm.

Outdoor Adventures, 22-25 January 2024, pick up/drop off Mooroolbark Guide Hall

This program the one that will awaken your daughter’s adventurous spirit! Girls will navigate the great outdoors with orienteering, dive into refreshing water games, and conquer a thrilling climbing tower, among other fun and memorable activities. Girls will be transported by bus from Mooroolbark Guide Hall to Britannia Park in Wesburn each day for an action-packed program of outdoor activities and fun.
